Individual Therapy
Utilizing a variation of individualized approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Techniques as well as Psycho-Educational and Trauma Specific Behavioral Therapy.
Family Therapy on a case-by-case basis.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
A phased approach to psychotherapy reconnecting the patient to the traumatic or triggering events in a safe, sensory way. EMDR is used to treat anxiety, trauma, depression and panic disorders.
Psychiatric Medication Assesmenet and Management
Our psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners provide diagnostic and medication management services.
Spravato (esketamine)
The only FDA approved prescription nasal spray used with an antidepressant to treat Major Depressive Disorder.
SBH is an approved Spravato (esketamine) Treatment Center.
ADHD Testing
Insurance companies and SC DHEC require independent testing to support the diagnosis of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and the use of stimulant medication.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation or TMS was approved by the FDA for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder* in 2008.
Additional conditions treated include OCD*, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain, Tinnitus, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Disorders, Alzheimer’s Disease, Autism
